MotMatch Terms of Service

Operator and scope
These terms govern MotMatch V2's Android and iOS game and account services, operated by Na Fang, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Contact support.easystart@gmail.com or visit motmatch.easystart.app. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.
Eligibility and your account
Formal accounts require you to confirm you are at least 16 and accept the terms presented at registration. If you are not legally able to enter this agreement on your own where you live, involve your parent or legal guardian as required by law. Accountless local Practice is available without creating a formal account; it does not provide cloud progress or paid account entitlements. MotMatch is not specifically directed to children.
Use accurate registration information and protect your login methods. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Supported App login methods include email, Apple and Google where available. Accessing the same MotMatch account on Android and iOS uses its existing progress and eligible entitlements; it does not combine two independent accounts or duplicate rewards.
Game content and acceptable use
We give you permission to use the game for personal, lawful use under these terms. MotMatch content and software remain owned by their respective rights holders. Language-learning outcomes are not guaranteed. Do not attack the service, access another person's account, manipulate verification, or fraudulently duplicate currency, purchases or rewards. This does not restrict rights granted by law, including applicable rights to interoperability or security research.
Purchases and virtual items
Apple App Store or Google Play processes supported mobile purchases. The store shows the applicable price, currency and taxes before purchase. Available products can include in-game Cookie currency, language packs and Ad-Free benefits. Virtual items are for use within MotMatch, are not money, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between independent accounts, except where applicable law requires.
Ad-Free is a seven-day benefit purchased once at a time. It does not automatically renew. While active, eligible reward buttons provide their reward without an ad; normal daily limits, run limits and inventory caps still apply. Eligible benefits belong to the same MotMatch App account across Android and iOS. Restoring a previously verified purchase does not create another purchase or add another seven days. A new verified Ad-Free purchase adds seven days according to the current entitlement's remaining period and verified purchase time.
Refunds and purchase disputes are handled under applicable law and the store's rules. Contact support if a verified purchase is missing; do not buy again merely to troubleshoot. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory refund or consumer rights. Account deletion does not by itself request a refund from the store.
Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads are optional offers for in-game benefits. Availability depends on the ad service, privacy choices, connectivity and game limits. An interrupted or incomplete ad may not earn a reward. After the SDK reports an earned reward, the game applies it locally; play and the timer resume when the ad closes. Background verification reconciles the reward with the account and prevents duplicate grants. Advertising does not guarantee a purchase, endorsement or outcome from an advertiser.
Availability, suspension and ending use
You may stop using the game at any time and request deletion as described in our account deletion information. Features and content may change, and outages can occur. We may restrict access reasonably needed to respond to fraud, security issues, legal requirements or material breaches of these terms. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support. These provisions do not permit us to disregard statutory rights relating to paid content or services.
Responsibility, applicable law and updates
We take reasonable care in providing the service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
British Columbia law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence. This does not prevent you from bringing a claim in a court or using a consumer remedy available to you under mandatory local law.
We will identify material updates and their effective date through appropriate communication. Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights. For any question or dispute, first contact support.easystart@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.
